Mellow Out Blend (Stress & Tension) - This is fabulous if you are suffering anxiety, really stressed out, a little bit low, wee tad moody and you want to balance your emotions. Just wonderful and really works.

Contains a combination of 5 Essential Oils such as Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium.

Recommended use 2x a day for 4-6 weeks then 3-4x a week as maintenance.
