Either use as prevention, daily, by rubbing on neck glands & chest or if you feel a cold or flu coming on or need to rid your body of other ongoing health conditions (ie: effects from spider bites, nervous conditions), immediately start applying to neck glands, underarms (glands there) & chest 4-5 x a day (for 3-5 days).
