Balance

Balance is extremely effective (if used as directed) for all hormonal symptoms caused by PMT, all stages of menopause and postnatal conditions (miscarriage, childbirth)

Simply pour a small pool into your hand and rub on your tummy:

To help balance teenage hormones, use daily
For PMT, use daily 2 weeks before your period is due
For postnatal, use daily for up to 6 weeks
For menopausal conditions, use daily
For polycystic ovarian syndrome, use daily

The blend is packed with such useful and effective essential oils such as Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Geranium & Bergamot (to name 4 of the 6) - if used as directed, it will effectively help to uplift and balance your mood & relieve hormonal conditions! I personally swear by it! The blend is safe to use long-term (which I highly recommend).
