Simply gently rub into the affected areas twice a day - works even better if you use a heat pack, wheat bag or hot water bottle on this area too - apply the oil then sit and relax with the heat pack.
If you know a good masseuse, take your blend to your next massage and ask your masseuse to use this for the massage - most beneficial!
