If you need a really quick fix (because you have been hit by a panic or anxiety attack), inhaling from the palms of the hands, it's SO easy and extremely effective.
You can also use it by adding 6-8 drops in a vaporiser (burner) to fill your room with a lovely gentle natural aroma that will relax everyone in it or put 8-10 drops into a hot steamy bath, sink into and just enjoy the relaxation that will take over you - try and stay in the bath for at least 10 mins.
And lastly, if you are in an acute state of anxiety or stress, add 6-8 drops to a bowl of very hot water, disperse with a fork, towel over your head, close eyes and inhale deeply for 3-5 mins.
