Brilliant blend which may assist in settling frayed nerves, high levels of stress & anxiety - luxurious essential oils such as a beautiful, smooth, sweet but musky Frankincense & Neroli (to name two). A great blend for long term use to assist in relieving the symptoms of chronic low mood/ depression/anxiety and/or stress conditions. (This blend is not meant to replace existing medication - do not stop any current medication unless under the instruction & guidance of your healthcare provider)
Recommended use:
Pour a small pool in your hand and rub on chest/neck/tummy 1-2x a day, if used as directed, the blend will relieve symptoms within 2-5 days. Use for 4-6 weeks, then 3-4 times a week as maintenance.
This blend is safe to use if you are pregnant, suffer from high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or have kidney conditions. Essential Oil blends are for external use only.
Aromatherapy blends have a cumulative effect, the longer you use them, the better they get!
