It is not safe to ingest essential oils, either straight into the mouth or diluting in water, cooking, smoothies, making raw foods etc. This is a high-risk and potentially dangerous practice that has adverse effects and lead to a possible lifetime of sensitisation - I do not encourage in my practice in any form, nor do I use essential oils in this way myself. The use of various inhalation methods & applying topically is more effective and safe when used as directed. Never use neat, especially for babies, toddlers & children. Essential oils should be used under the strict guidelines of a qualified Aromascience Practitioner / Aromatherapist / Aromatologist.
A recent book called 'The Unspoken Truth About Essential Oils' by Stacey Haluka & Kayla Fioravanti s an insightful read on what can happen if essential oils are used with these current trends of high-risk methods. Available in hard copy or at the Kindle Store

Aromatherapy is the controlled use of essential oils to assist in providing relief and treating non-life threatening health conditions. By using specific treatments, the oils are applied to the body and then absorbed into the blood, lymphatic & nervous systems. These oils can last in the body for up to a week, depending on the blend used. All essential oils have a cumulative effect.
All Le'Esscience products are blended by hand and may greatly assist health conditions such as stress, depression & anxiety, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis & dermatitis), headaches & migraines, joint aches & pains, injuries, insomnia and more.
Depending on a person's condition there are many bespoke blends available, however, on this site, Le'Esscience has selected blends for the most common conditions.

Aromatherapy blends have a cumulative effect, the longer you use them, the better they get!
